Porch Authority

Trina was out of love with her front porch. She practically sold her home because of it. In fact, she had even met with a realtor who told her that she’d have to sell her home “from the inside out,” thanks to the porch of sadness. Well, that struck a nerve! Without warning, her husband ripped apart the offending exterior and they spent the next few weeks getting it into sell-worthy shape. Then they thought, “Hey, this house is so nice, why are we selling it again?”

Great job! I should do the same thing to the portion beneath my porch. I just don’t like the lattice. What a great idea!

Just like an edition of HIGHLIGHT….what is missing here….who knew you didn’t need that middle porch post. Love how it opens up the view of the window. Good job.
