Molly’s Table

Oh, this one is so cute. It makes me sigh. The lines are fabulous. The colors are just perfect. 

 

Molly got this set for $40 on Craigslist. After a few coats of paint that she already had, some fabric from a slipcover that matches her couch and a lot of TLC, she gets to enjoy this:

The Brick Thing!

“Hello guest! Welcome to my home! Can I take your coat? Let me just set it here on my massive eyesore! You’ll be sure to remember it on your way out, because how could your eye be drawn anywhere else besides this gaping maw of wood paneling shrouded in what appears to be bricks stolen from a soot-incrusted chimney! Hey, where are you going?”

Birdcage

This brassy birdcage looked like it was serving a very functional purpose. And that purpose was most likely caging birds and catching poo. However, with a little antique white and some hanging crystals, it became a charming decorative focal point! Loves. Thanks to Annie from Birdcages and Butterflies.

Caned Chair

I think this chair redo is extra funky, one, because I’m having a crush on that fabric, and two, because the worn wood remained the same. Holly from Reid All About It (ha ha! Why can’t my last name be a play on words?) decided to keep it that way, to show that the chair has been used and loved. Sweet. As in “How sweet!” and also, “Dude, your chair is sweet!”
