Have you had hutches on the brain lately? If so, you’re in luck. And if not, you’re still in luck because you will after you see these! I do believe there is something for everyone here, from subtle and simple to … well, you’ll see.
Let’s start it off nice and easy with this great distressed hutch from Sarah at Funcycled. I love the window panels at the top, aren’t they so much more noticeable now? Such a classy looking piece.
But this next hutch knew nothing about class, at least, that’s what I would have thought. So many drawers and knobs and doors and shelves, it’s got WAY too much going on, right? Wrong-o. So don’t ever let anyone tell you gray = boring, because here comes another gray hutch, this time from Beth at Sawdust and Embryos, which is anything but. I love how she swapped out the original bottom half for a dresser that is much better-suited for the job. Do you love the background? Yeah, she hand-painted that, no big whoop. (Kidding. It’s a really big whoop).
And here is another one from hutch-sensai Sarah, who was at it with her hutch-handiwork once again. But this time she was seeing red, or trying to. She hunted high and low for the perfect shade of red that wasn’t too pink or too orange and landed on California Poppy by Behr.

But if ‘too orange’ sounds ‘just right’ to you, then you will love this last hutch from Beth, who certainly isn’t shy about punching your eyeball in the eye with color. It’s a citrus sensation!
