You know what one of the best inventions of my life is? The Hot n’ Ready pizza from Little Caesar’s. I can go from having zero plans for dinner to triumphantly wielding a steaming pizza in literally 30 seconds. It’s the best. I’m just now noticing that the name “Hot n’ Ready’ sounds a little dirty though. I mean, right?
You know what else was hot n’ ready and a little dirty? This bathroom. It was a painful shade of sunburn and ready for a change. Nina classed it up big-time with fresh white paint, a board and batten treatment on the walls, which she jazzified even further with tile.
She also recycled the granite countertop and built that new Pottery Barn inspired vanity herself! Color me impressed! See all the details on her blog Everyday Enchanting.

July 1, 2014 at 7:21 AMI love the color she chose for the walls: Wickham Gray. I’d love it even more if it were Darcy Gray. 😉 The vanity she built herself is really impressive. I could never have that style of vanity in my house, though. That area underneath the shelf would be cat toy limbo.

July 1, 2014 at 9:00 AMThis is a fabulous makeover! I love it all… except for the new vanity because it offers less practical storage and the stain is, well, I’m not sure how to describe it but it is not “hot ‘n ready.” I like the lines of the old vanity and would simply have painted it a little darker gray than the walls. New hardware would give it an updated look.
Also, I am not sure what is going on with the new vanity mirror. Put the old one back! Oh, I see that Everyday Enchanted has raised the backsplash behind the vanity and now needs to hang the mirror over it. I would put some little pieces of wood behind the old mirror so that it sticks out and can hang over the new molding and tile too. I like the contrast the black frame offers.
That’s just my opinion though; I am sure that Everyday Enchanting loves her bathroom’s new look. Believe me, I do too and am just quibbling about some of the details. Don’t judge me!

We are big Little Caesars fan too. In fact we learned we can walk in with the exact change of $5.36 and be in and out in seconds. Nice!

July 1, 2014 at 3:02 PMI really like the way that awkward window placement is totally a non-issue once she gets done with it. Nicely done!!!

July 1, 2014 at 5:24 PMI love this bathroom, without the before pictures to compare I never would have believed it was the same room. The color is nice but that tile makes all the difference.
