Every girl has a little black dress, right? Dress it up, dress it down, use it to help hide the fact that maybe you ate an entire bag of dark chocolate covered mango coconut bites from Trader Joe’s last night. (Go get yourself summadat, like, today, because they are all-caps AMAZING).
Well, carry the theory of the LBD over into your decorating with the BBW. I’m talking about a big black wall, of course. At first, you might think ‘No way! A big black wall will suck all the light out of a room and throw me into a depression!”
OR, it might just calm down an awkward space while drawing the eye in and giving your artwork a backdrop to shine against. Kinda like a LBD! What do you think? Check out Ginger’s BBW on her blog Just One of the Boys.
PS: credit to my sister for the title of this post, she was quite pleased with herself. 😉

June 24, 2014 at 11:29 AMI never ever would have thought a black wall could be stunning. When you mentioned a black wall, I immediately thought of chalk board paint or a teen boy’s game room. What a great way to show off the art.
