If you had told me when I was young that “country” style could actually look sophisticated, I’d have knocked you off your haybale. Where I grew it was all wicker baskets nailed to walls covered in geese wallpaper and and dining sets like this.
But when Kristen from kfd designs redid this country table for a friend, the result was farmhouse fresh! My interpretation of “farmhouse style” means country with a hefty dash of simplicity and chicness. More Martha Stewart, less Marty Stewart, yaheardme?
