I’m not sure exactly how I stumbled onto this makeover. I clicked on a blog, which led me to another blog, which led me to another blog, you know how it is. Next thing you know 35 hours have passed and you’ve compiled a giant collection of ideas about cookie decorating and sewing ruffly things onto other things, not that you even do that stuff in real life, but you should, although, what you really should do is shower, but you just can’t stop, can’t stop, can’t stop.

Love the subtlety of the before/after on this one. Really like the idea of hanging artwork in that weird space between the top of the window and the curtain rod. May have to try that in our living room!

I once started with a local U.S. blog, and then travelled the links to Scotland and Ireland, through a handful of French blogs, and finally stopped at a tiny Russian blog where the language barrier was too great to overcome with Google translator.
Sadly, that’s probably the only kind of world travelling I’ll ever be able to do 🙂
