Super Serene

I’m having a hard time getting going this morning. Still shaking off my guacamole hangover, I suppose. Did you watch the Super Bowl/commercials? My favorite was the Reply All ad, ha! You can watch it HERE, if you are so inclined.

But if you want to see a fantastical bedroom makeover, you can click on Wendy’s blog Relatively Unique. The new lavender and cream palette is sooo much more soothing than the oranges and reds. Soothing and serene are words that should describe your bedroom, and if they don’t … well, get moving on that already!

I love the room makeover, all purpley and princessey. The first one looks like they just threw together whatever they had.

More proof that white paint makes everything better! My parents have that set. Now I want to steal it from them and take a can of paint to it!

I’m a huge believer in a healthy dose of white paint! My favorite superbowl commercials were VW!

I am having a total V8 moment. I don’t care for pine, but I always see it in Goodwill etc. Why did I never think to paint it white?? Looks fantastic!

Thank you for the kind words! It is sad to think at one time thought the orange and red actually looked good! I feel honored to have made your post 🙂

OMG I have this furniture in my bedroom and was always wondering how to update it. I knew there was a way! Is that just paint or something more? Love it.

HOW FUNNY! I was just wondering what my guest bedroom furniture would look like if I painted is white. I googled “painted white bedroom furniture” and found MY bedroom furniture on your blog! I’m going to Home Depot for paint NOW!

    Thanks for posting your pics!
