Crafty

Are you a crafty gal? (Or guy?) Do you long for a crafty space to call your own? Well, if you are as crafty as you say, then you should have already crafted up a crafting nook somewhere in your home. Are you tired of me saying craft? Because I am.

McKenzie turned a dreary basement corner into crafting cuteness with a little ingenuity and creative fixes, like long shade to hide the utility box and wallpapering right over the cinderblock with shelf liner! Check it out on her blog Stitch and Soiree.

And get excited, because in a few days there is a crafty giveaway a’coming that is sure to make your crafty heart go pitter-pat! Craft-craft crafty-pants, now I can’t stop.

That was quiet a transformation. How wonderful you must feel having craved out your own space.

I realized recently that I also needed a space for my creating. A space one gets to disrupt. But it can still quickly return to its former life as a living room with about 20 minutes of hiding non-decorating essentials and pushing the very essential living room things back into an arrangement that is better suited to conversation rather than crafts.
I loved that you shared your new room. Thanks Traci

I have the greatest crafty space, or maybe I should say spaces. I sew in a different room that is my craft/studio. I am really thankful to have spaces, and my studio evolves differently almost weekly.
