High Society Seats

These three projects are so darling. It’s like they got all dressed up to go have tea with the queen. Frills, florals, ruffles and lace galore!
So while they might not be your cup of tea, you have to agree, over-the-top is so much better than boring-and-beige-at-the-bottom. I think they’re divine!
Thanks to Glamma Fabulous for the lovely petticoat footstool and the bench, which she remade from a Las Vegas hotel room cast off!
And thanks to Rene at Paddywack Designs for her awe-inspiring chair redo. I love how the skirt is lifted, showing off a bit of leg. Cheeky!

These are great! I love a ruffley skirt myself. The last one makes me think of a saloon girl’s dress from the old westerns.

Nice work! I especially love the stool. You can buy those every where and that is a great way to make them unique.

It is so much fun to see how others imagination takes them to places some of us could never get to. Thanks for taking me along on the journey so that someday maybe my own imagination will carry me futher! Love the skirts and frills, and I have to say the chair reminds me of an Elizabethan lady!
