It’s finally time to share a little project I’ve had in the works for a while …
Announcing Tyce David Allen!
He arrived late Sunday night, an 8 lbs 2 oz. blonde bundle of cute. We are smitten!
Thanks so much for all the sweet emails and well-wishes you’ve sent on Facebook and Instagram, we are feeling the love, and so excited to finally have him here!
Everything went well, (he was my fastest delivery EVER. Like, I’ve had pizza deliveries that took longer), and we are both home now and doing great.
However, minutes after we arrived home from the hospital, my husband came down with a severe case of the flu. Then it struck our oldest son a few hours later. Nothing like shampooing barf out of the carpets at midnight the day after having a baby, let me tell you.
My mom is in town to help out, but now she’s starting to feel under the weather too. YIKES. Send a prayer! Hopefully the baby and I can quarantine ourselves and avoid it completely, so you might not be hearing from me for a while.
Until then, I will be in Snuggleland with this little guy!
Thanks again for all the love and support you’ve sent our way, we really, really appreciate it. And the name suggestions too! Matt and I both tried out our favorites until this one stuck and just felt right. We love our little Tyce!
