Hello friends, I hope you’re having a glorious day! I’m dragging myself out of bed after a whirlwind weekend at SNAP, and by that, I mean a whirlwind weekend of watching every other blogger in the world attend SNAP except me via Instagram. *sniff* (SNAP is a four day mega blogger conference of fun and wonder, and I sat out this year for a few reasons, mainly the new baby and the fact that we’re moving next month. Did I tell you we’re moving? I’m really in denial. I haven’t packed one thing. Not because I don’t want to move, but because I don’t want to go through the process of MOVING. Woof). I plan to continue pretending it’s not happening and hope that everything eventually works itself out somehow. Maybe I could be put in a medically induced coma until it’s over.
But, I do have to say that this kitchen makeover from Jennifer at Celebrating Everyday Life has me a little bit excited to be in a new space with new possibilities! I absolutely love what she’s done here, especially along that wall where the cabinets had mysteriously stopped. Just a few floating shelves and a backsplash to match, and it looks like the whole thing was always planned that way.

April 28, 2014 at 9:37 AMI feel you. I am a single mom with a 4 month old. I just moved this weekend…and I didn’t pack anything until the day I moved. And I moved it all alone. You’ve got this!

April 28, 2014 at 2:41 PMNice and simple. Very clever taking the doors off the cabinets beside the microwave. Btw, I told my husband that Jesus would have to part the clouds and tell me to move before I ever move again.
