So you have an old dresser lying around. Hanging out in the garage. Sadly staring you in the face every time you walk by. You don’t really need another dresser. But it was such a great deal! It will look awesome when you finally find the time to refinish it! But … that hasn’t happened yet. So there it sits, day after day, and your guilt grows. “Throw it out!” your husband says. But you just can’t. Someday … someday … you will make it great.
Well, today is that day, honey pie. And here’s the best part: you don’t even have to fix up the whole thing. Just take the drawers and — genius-idea-alert — turn them into window boxes! Such an adorable idea from Kammy at Kammy’s Korner.
In fact, Kammy’s entire entryway got cheerfully refreshed, and her dresser got the happy ending it deserved.
