What is The Double Knob? Not a hot new dance craze, I’m afraid. The Double Knob is something you should avoid. Do you know what I’m talking about? Like when it’s impossible to find new drawer pulls that line up with the old holes in your older item of furniture? So you give up and just stick two knobs in the two holes instead? Don’t do The Double Knob!
Denise at A Girl And A Brush wouldn’t dream of such a thing. She decided to drill new holes in the center of the old holes on her dresser’s drawers and added a single knob instead. Ahhh. So lovely. And cheaper too!

February 13, 2013 at 2:32 PMI detest the double knob trend. So glad you pointed it out. Whenever I see it, I just think half-hearted attempt at refinishing something. I would never buy something that the artist “double knobbed.”
