I once knew a couple who’s last name was Argyle, and so whenever I see argyle, I always think of them. Then I think to myself, “Man. I wish I had a cool last name.” I really do. Allen. BO-ring! I knew a guy in school who’s last name was Champion! That’s a pretty good one. But I could have it worse, I know of a girl who married a guy who’s last name was Phillipenas, yes pronounced like THAT.
Anyway, so back to the point! Argyle! Argyle is what happened when Megan took on the task of painting this dresser/changing table for her nephew. Looks great, don’t you think?! See it on Megan’s blog Never a Dull Day.

April 19, 2011 at 3:42 PMIn college we steered clear of the Butt brothers, lest we fall in love and have to deal with that name the rest of my life.
At least my roommates could have hyphenated their name. It would have been particularly wrong for me. My maiden name was Brown. No amount of love could get me past having the last name of Brown-Butt for the rest of my life!

April 19, 2011 at 7:03 PMTHANKS for the feature!!
For the record, it really only took about 16 hours out of the month of February and about 4 hours in the month of March to do. The cold weather forced a lot of stop and starts because paint doesn’t dry well when you can see your breath in your garage. 😉
