Foyer Destroyer

I wish I had a magical, wish-granting paintcan that spewed out money whenever I decided to tackle a makeover project, but alas, that is not the case. If only my budget were as unlimited as my creativity!
Ha, I am actually not that creative, so yeah, it probably already is…

Anyway, so not every project has unlimited fundage, no big deal. Check out what Tanya at Percolating Projects managed to do to her supremely dreary before foyer with just around $100! Lighter, brighter, and now she reports, she no longer has to crop it out of photos! I’m guilty of that one too…

Great transformation! My foyer also had those 70’s jail posts separating it from our living room. I took a sawzall to the posts, but haven’t completed the transformation. This is just the right push for me. Thanks for sharing this.

Very nice, looks much bigger. We did the same sort of thing in our kitchen/dining room area, but we took out the whole thing. Good job.

Love this one! I also had this kind of ugly foyer….except mine also had glued on mirrored tiles as well! What a great job she did!
