So, it’s not like you’ve never seen a reupholstered chair before. And you’ve probably even seen a chair that’s been reupholstered using nothing but plain ol‘ drop cloths too. But have you ever seen a chair reupholstered with drop cloths and adorable rows of teeny tiny ruffles?!? Ruffles! I repeat, tiny ruffles!!!
