Gaby’s Accent

This wall in Gaby’s home needed a little sha-jazz (do you think if I use it twice in one day it will become a real word?)
She knew just how to do it too. Two words: Accent Wall.

She knew she wanted bold and bright, so she painstakingly measured and taped, broke out a can of Really Russet by Olympic Paint and gave a shot of much-needed personality to her home.

Check it out on her blog After the Before, but Before the After. Got all that?

I would think watching tv would be difficult against that wall, no matter how pretty it is!

Wowee! Go big or go home! I love the pattern she chose.

Oh and I’ll totally start using sha-jazz, too funny! 🙂

Whoa. No one will walk into that room and say, “Something is a little different in here, yes? No?”

Thanks for featuring me! Imagine my excitement when I got home from my trip and saw that I was featured! 🙂

@ Barbara – Watching TV against this wall was one of our concerns, but surprisingly you don’t even notice it. We’ve had friends and family over numerous times and no one has complained about difficulty watching TV against the wall. The pattern is large enough so that it doesn’t hurt your eyes.
