Wow, with all the hulking masses of furniture clogging up this room, I hardly noticed that the bottom half of this room is painted in the official color of the 1990’s: Hunter Green.
Joy was tired of her awkward furniture arrangement and dark bedroom too. So she used the chair rail to her advantage by adding a board and batten treatment, and lightened up the whole look.
