Mantle Moulding

Looking to make your mantle more ample? Consider beefing it up like Terri did, by simply repeating the moulding from the bottom to the top! The sconces look like they actually belong there now, and look! Natural brick that doesn’t make me want to poke my eyes out! It can be done!
 Thanks Terri!

I’m trying to convince my husband to build something like this to envelope the big ol’ honkin’ flat screen he bought. So far my seductive skills have been in vain.

I love this look. I’d love to add a little bulk to my own mantle.
