Time to Eat!

Well, this before pic is kinda tragic, but that makes the after so much more delicious, eh?
The ladies (not sure which one, there are 4 of them you know!) over at 4 Sweet Peas in a Pod remade this worn out table into a showstopping centerpiece! What a clever idea.
Random note: my friend (what up Kiersten!) used to work for a jeweler, and she told me that all the clock faces in advertisments and on display are set at ten to two, because it’s the most flattering position of the hands! Ha! Who knew?

Now that is so clever and such a great idea. I love it. I saw one once that the center of the table was a huge clock, but never the 4 clocks. Way too fun. Hugs, Marty

It was Nikki… She did such a great job! The leaf even has half clocks on it, so when you split the table and put the leaf in, everything lines up just right and there are six clocks…

That is so creative. I can’t even imagine how difficult it must have been to get the clocks to line up depending on if the leaf was in or out. WTG!

Ha! I had no idea that they are supposed to be set at 10 to 2. In fact, I told my sister I did 7:10 because that’s what time dinner is usually and she politely told me I was an idiot and got the clock hands backwards. Whoops.
