Pillow-Topped

This was a cool chair, but obviously needed some work. When Tanya from Percolating Projects tore the fabric off to recover it, it disintegrated in her hands. Ew!
The final result looks great. Do you notice how much fuller the seat cushion is than before? It’s a piece of foam with a pillow on top! Just a regular $3 bed pillow! That cracks me up for some reason.
Check out the whole process on her blog HERE. Thanks Tanya!

I love that chair…what a transformation. Hubby and I are addicted to making over chairs. I have a couple waiting for a makeover.

Thanks ladies! (And thanks for the feature!) I’ll confess, the only potential I saw in the chair was that it didn’t wobble AT ALL and I liked the shape of the back. (Which I now know makes it more….interesting….when it comes to covering!
