I think this is so super cute. AJ from Trash 2 Treasure calls this a “parfait table.” Just an old stool with a round top attached, plus little pieces of wood with rounded corners to make a scalloped edge. It looks like it has teeth and is smiling a big happy smile at me. I loves it.
