Nine Red Custom Art Giveaway!

By now you are probably very familiar with Jesse from Nine Red.  I feature him just about every other week.  He’s amazingballoons.

But are you familiar with the fact that he has a passion for string-art?  And it’s grown beyond a hobby because he’s been selling them like hotcakes?  And he wants to give away a customized piece of string-art to one lucky Better After reader?

Yay, right!?

String-art used to be all the rage way back in the day, and lately it’s making a big comeback.  Need a string-art refresher?  Here’s a little look at what Jesse is currently offering in his Etsy shop, Nine Red:

I love them! Perfect for a kid’s room, or when you want to make everyone else at a baby shower feel jealous of you and the fabulously creative and thoughtful gift you brought.
All of Jesse’s designs are fully customizable, from the font, to the colors, to the wood.
And the name, of course.  But you probably knew that.

But! It doesn’t have to be a name at all.  It could be a word, an initial, or even a design.  Here are just a few of several other options he offers, and you can check out his entire shop here for more great ideas.

Plus, Jesse is such a nice dude, he’d be happy to work with you and any of your ideas to get your piece customized exactly the way you envision it.

So!  Are you excited for a chance to win?  I am!  Only … I can’t win … but I’m excited FOR you.

Ohh this is a bit hard as it really is my cup of tea. OK. first, the Elephant in teal and the spiral circle, then, the pair of yellow flowers on raw, the tree silhouette in dark , the owl and the little bird… it might be easier to just I like them all. 😉 will save this site for future reference.
Also thank you that this in’t restricted to USA only.

I’m so old that string art reminds me of velvet Elvis posters. Or those glass candle holders rolled in sugar and printed with with Jesus’ image. Remember? Wow Jesse! You’ve taken the dorkiest thing ever and elevated into an artform. You could probably make a lavender-orange-brown afghan look cool. I just LOVE what you’ve done.

    K. I’m done gushing. Gimme one.
