Going for the gold!

Going for the gold!

I may be late to the party, oh ok, I KNOW I’m late to the party, but I’m really warming up to gold.  Maybe it took me so long to jump on this train because I’ve been told by well-meaning makeup-counter ladies and jewelry sales-people for my entire life that “You’re a COOLER color, dear.  Gold is not your friend.”  Well, phooey.  Because I love this cool-colored hutch with gold accents and we belong together and no one can tell me otherwise.

I love it. I would never think to use gold accents on that color. But it looks very sharp!

I like! I’m a “cool” girl too, & usually wear sterling silver instead of gold. But I still love gold & especially like the way you combined both metallics in this piece!

Beautiful! ANYTHING that combines a silvery tone with a gold tone is a winner! Love it.

I would have never thought to remove glass and replace it with screens like that. Helped take 20 years off the look. Nice!
