Yowza! This bathroom was stunning. Stunning as in I feel like someone has taken a stun-gun to my eyes. Even removing the rug, other rug, and toilet rug wouldn't have helped much. Not with the yellow sink and yellow toilet. Yellow toilet? Not ok. That's like ... brown underwear. Avoid.
Anyhoo, the beautiful after is about 10 billion light years away from the before. I can't even believe they are the same space! From Tanya at Dans le Townhouse.

Sooo much better! Our house was built during the era of unfortunate colored toilets and sinks, but none so unfortunate as yellow. She really rescued that bathroom. Thanks for sharing.

Yep, that yellow toilet was pretty gross. It is a bad sign when you envy your neighbours' mint green and pale purple toilets.
Love it! particulars I like is the soft marble countertop with the silver mirror, the art over the toilet being slightly different sizes but stacked well, and the big art (would like to see it better but I know how these little bathrooms are hard to get a pic) with the wonderful color.
