Here's the story ...

 Sep 28, 2011

What happens when you take a 40-year-old stereo cabinet, add a chevron pattern that could have easily been inspired from one of Marsha Brady's headbands, and top it off with traditional asian hardware?  Asian-mod perfection that looks groovier than ever today!  From Kim at Of All the Fish in the Sea.

Looooooooooooooooove it! The hardware is fantastic. I'm on a bit of a chevron burnout but the colors are so lovely. It looks like a piece you'd find at a vintage furniture store.

I never would have thought of that combination, but the chevron stripes and the hardware look great together. The piece looks so upscale now!
