Circle of Arms

 Jan 17, 2011

Time for a confession. Even though I post about and drool over and adore all types of chair makeovers, I've never, ever attempted one. I know myself better than that. It would sit in my garage for fourteen years before I finally decided "to heck with it!" and took it back to the thriftstore from whence it came, thus completing the circle of ineptitude. But if I saw this chair .... this lovely, lovely chair ... I just might take a stab at it. Aren't those arms to diggity die for? Nicole from Black Cab Designs did a great job, it fits right in with the rest of her stylin living room. Thanks for sharing Nicole!

Gorgeous! Talk about renovation...looks amazing. I know, renovation projects can be a little scary, but they also give you the opportunity to put your personal touch. Really like Nicole's addition to that serene living room, love the colors and beautiful flooring. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks so much for featuring my chair! You should definitely go for it and try your hand at upholstery...be warned though it is addicting!

I absolutely love the color she chose to paint the actual chair. It's so 60's mod. It's amazing. Beautiful!
