BefOAR and AFTer!

 Jul 8, 2010

Michael has my dream job of owning a bed and breakfast in central PA. I actually didn't know that was my dream job until I saw it on his blog, Inspired by Charm, but gosh dang, doesn't it sound wonderful?

He had a blank wall to liven up in the "Sunset Room," so he found these oars on Ebay for about $5 each. He weathered and painted them and weathered them again until they ended up with this perfectly aged finish. Notice how the colors start darker and end in light blue, mimicking a sunset? Lovely! Thanks Michael!
