This redo was submitted by one of Better After's rare male readers! (Hello male readers! You are probably in the minority, but I'm so very glad you're here!) 

 Thomas de-countrified this hunter green/pine combo with black paint and dark stain. Looks great and manly, I'd even say. 

 And hey, is that a signed picture of Lance Armstrong? You'd better believe it. Thomas worked for the bike company that sponsors Lance, so he's got the hookup yo.

Forest green and blonde wood used to be hip. Now I can't stand either. Period. This is a fabulous makeover. Our hats off to you, Tom.

Love the table! Hats off to you for getting rid of that 1990 forest green....not that those were bad years....
