I want my two dollars!

I want my two dollars!
Molly of Toile in the Family went to an auction and scored this buffet for a measly two dollars! No, not a typo. Two bucks. What?! I really need to start going to some auctions, geez.
So, with literally nothing to lose, she went bold and painted it red, replaced the handles and named her Scarlett. And frankly, my darling, I think it’s divine.

I really must know what kind of paint is used on these projects. I am in the midst of painting nightstands and it is NOT going well at all! I am tearing my hair out!!

I love it. I don’t have the cahonas too paint anything red but wish I did.

    It looks so good.

Lovin’ the “Better off Dead” refrence! Heeheee I thought I was the only one who quoted from the best 80’s(or was it 90’s?) movie ever!

Oh wow, that’s awesome! And I am still giggling at the Movie reference! “I want my two dollars” “Oily bo-hunk” and “There’s no crying in baseball” are among the most oft used quotes around here.
