Chair & Headboard Redo & Renew

 Oct 6, 2009

I just love a good chair makeover. Whenever I go to the thriftstore, I have to restrain myself not to buy every ugly chair in sight. Here's a fun one from Amanda aka, the Vintage Dutch Girl. I love how she mixed the funky fabric with the chair's more traditional look. It's like a hip grandma.

And scroll-eroo right on down to see another one of her makeovers, repurposing an old headboard into a towel rack! Cute!

I LOVE chair makeovers....usually quick and easy...And VERY rewarding. I used an old headboard to make my Bellamere Cottage sign...they lovely and a great place to start!

Great job.... ;-)

Spencer

The chair is gorgeous, and what a neat idea for a headboard!
